Practitioner energy psychology and EFT
After many years in social work and international solidarity, I have now decided to accompany individuals and groups in their quest for individual and collective well-being.
After graduating in Belgium from the Solvay Business School, I have nearly 30 years’ professional experience in social work with youth and international solidarity. I have supported numerous movements and associations working in the fields of youth, popular education, agriculture, gender and human rights: setting up and monitoring projects and structures, reflecting on governance, sustainability and the role of actors in their ecosystem, …. I have taken part in the launch and monitoring of numerous collective dynamics, and led the coordination of organisations of different types and cultures. I’ve also been team manager.
Human relations are at the heart of my concerns. I’ve always been keen to listen to people and help them feel fulfilled, autonomous and responsible. I love supporting people’s dreams, backing their desires and encouraging their motivation.

Work together with our differences and ensure that they become a source of mutual enrichment and creativity. Overcome the divisions that are growing in our societies. Reinforce the emergence of dynamics that respond to the urgency of climate and social challenges. This is what drives me in my desire to see harmonious and just societies emerge.
I’m particularly interested in issues of democracy, citizen mobilization and overcoming trauma in conflict zones. My experiences in the Middle East, North Africa and the Balkans, and with young people of foreign origin in Belgium, have led me to examine in greater depth the issues of relationships with others and preconceived ideas, to question the link between individual violence and the violence of systems, and to delve deeper into the question of individual and collective traumas that are lodged in societies.
I’m also a great believer in the importance of putting what we learn into practice and testing it out for ourselves. It’s in this spirit that I started 3 years ago permaculture in my small garden; and echoing the importance for me of weaving links between people and with nature, I’ve taken up wild basketry, spiral basketry: I love to see the stems of rushes and irises, each with a particular color and thickness, blending together in a harmony of color.
Based in the Paris region, I work in France, Belgium, the Middle East, North Africa and elsewhere.
