How ?
Together, during a session, we define a behavioral objective that will guide all our sessions.
This objective is personal, measurable, motivating, realistic and time-bound (SMART),
While repeating sentences following a precise protocol, defined acupuncture points are stimulated.
An appointment lasts 1 hour.
Although it’s not possible to set a fixed duration, EFT is a brief therapy: the work ends once the objective has been reached. It generally takes between 3 to 10 sessions, depending on the objective.

L’EFT et la psychologie énergétique, c’est quoi ?
What is clinical EFT and energy psychology?
Energy psychology is a set of methods designed to improve physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Energy psychology methods mobilize the mind and body at the same time. They combine psychological techniques – exposure psychology and cognitive restructuring – with somatic techniques that influence the human bio-energy systems such as meridians, chakras and the biofield.
In EFT, the stimulation of meridian acupuncture points coupled with the expression of emotions, feelings and cognitions sends a soothing signal to the brain, calming the body, reducing stress and working on trauma.
Its practice is based on gentle techniques involving rapid and lasting changes at cognitive, emotional and behavioral levels.
As it can be used relatively easily, people can take action between sessions with their practitionner and become autonomous in many situations.
EFT complements and does not replace conventional medical treatment, and does not dispense with the need to consult a doctor in the event of an emergency or serious or chronic symptoms.

Origines et fondements scientifiques
Origins and scientific foundations
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a method created in the 1990s by Gary Craig, a graduate engineer from Stanford University in the USA. His encounter with Roger Callahan – a clinical psychologist – enabled him to discover that imbalances in the energy system have effects on the psychology of the individual.
Advances in neuroscience and functional brain imaging have revealed many aspects of how energy psychology works.
Clinical EFT is based on a coherent, reliable protocol in line with APA (Association of American Psychologists) standards. Clinical EFT is a technique whose effectiveness is now scientifically recognized. It has been the subject of hundreds of studies in many countries.
The usefulness of EFT has been demonstrated in the treatment of American soldiers returning from Vietnam or Afghanistan, for example, suffering from post-traumatic stress syndromes.
